WSR are very pleased to announce a partnership with innovative flooring specialists Versoflor for the 2023 British Touring Car Championship.

Flooring designed and manufactured by the Leicester-based organisation was debuted to significant fan interest at Donington Park last weekend at a wet and wild opening round of the BTCC, which was also attended by representatives of Versoflor.

The garages of the three Team BMW 330e M Sport race cars and the Laser Tools Racing with MB Motorsport machine all benefitted from the new installations.

Versoflor’s one-of-a-kind patented modular mosaic system allows for complete custom design of the surface, which is non-slip and anti-fatigue with high load bearing.

This makes them ideal to cope with the intense demands of a BTCC weekend, and even more so with the wet weather experienced at Donington Park.

WSR’s floors featured the company logo and iconic BMW roundel as well as personalised ‘boxes’ for each car featuring driver-name and car number details. They also made use of cable routing-friendly underside to install LED lighting.

Versoflor flooring will be used by WSR across the BTCC season. For more information about their range of flooring solutions, please visit their website.

Carl Mitchell, WSR Sporting and Operations Manager said: “We’re delighted to announce this exciting partnership with Versoflor and to showcase their modular mosaic floor at Donington Park. It’s hard-wearing, straightforward to install and pack down and easy to clean. The drivers loved seeing their own garage spaces personalised with their name and car number on the floor and the added LEDs looked fantastic too. We spent the whole weekend hearing fans coming past the garage and commenting on the floor and saw plenty of people posting about it on social media too – something that’s never happened before. I’m sure we’ll continue to hear those comments across the season.”

Joseph Parsons, Versoflor Sales Manager, said: “It was a really exciting day at Donington for the start of the season. The floor really stood out against the other garages and we had lots of positive feedback from teams and fans.”
