WSR are delighted to announce the extension of their technical partnership with Emixa, the leading European partner of Siemens software solutions, for the 2025 British Touring Car Championship.
This collaboration emphasises Emixa’s role in WSR’s design and manufacturing processes, enhancing the performance of the team’s BMW 330i M Sport LCI touring cars using innovative digital technologies.
Emixa are one of the top Siemens Digital Industries software partners globally and is the European leader in their sector across the UK, Benelux region and Germany.
The collaboration between WSR and Emixa, who specialise in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) services, has been instrumental in the development and success of WSR’s championship-winning touring cars for over a decade.
This partnership, which began with the development of the multi-title-winning BMW 125i M Sport, continues to evolve, showcasing the integration of advanced digital solutions in automotive design and manufacturing, and has been involved 17 of the team’s 18 BTCC overall titles and many of their record-breaking 135 race wins.
Utilising Siemens software, Emixa has enabled WSR to explore innovative manufacturing avenues and emphasises the significant advantages of integrating digitalisation technologies in automotive design and manufacturing.

The season continues this weekend at Thruxton, Hampshire.
