WSR are delighted to welcome Mack Logistics into the family as a Team BMW partner for the remainder of the 2021 British Touring Car Championship.

Specialising in high-value vehicle and marine transportation, Farnborough-based Mack Logistics deliver the pinnacle of personal service and client experience in their market.

From a tailored concierge delivery and collection service to classic racing event logistics and race support, they continue to redefine how smooth transport should be done.

Mack Logistics’ philosophy of striving for excellence is perfectly aligned with that of WSR, who are firm contenders to add to their 14 BTCC titles in what is the 40th anniversary season of the Sunbury-on-Thames team.

Mack Logistics owner Chris Day has long-term links to WSR, who are aiming to seal a record-breaking sixth Manufacturers’ title in a row for BMW this year with the line-up of Colin Turkington, Tom Oliphant and Stephen Jelley.

“I’m proud of our family here at Mack Logistics and that we are in a position to give back to a sport I’ve grown up with. Literally,” Chris said.

“I went to school with Rob Collard, I’ve trained with Colin Turkington and thanks to Lewis [Dickerson, Colin’s former #1 mechanic] I have a personal family connection via my stepson Dominic, who is the #2 mechanic on Colin’s car. I couldn’t think of a better place for him to gain valuable experience.

“At WSR, as with Mack Logistics, it’s all about the people and working together to be the best at what you do. That’s why I feel this partnership is a perfect fit. Added to that, we’re in Farnborough just down the road from BMW UK it’s just meant to be.”

WSR Team Principal Dick Bennetts added: “We’re very pleased to welcome Mack Logistics to the WSR family.

“They share our philosopies of teamwork, of having the right people and of going the extra mile to make sure everything is done to the highest standards. I look forward to what I hope will become a long and successful partnership.”

Mack Logistics logos will appear on the rear bumpers of the three Team BMW 330i M Sports from this weekend’s races at Silverstone onwards.
