WSR are extremely pleased to announce a continued technical partnership with leading automotive filtration specialist K&N Filters through the 2025 British Touring Car Championship season.
Founded more than 50 years ago in South Carolina, USA, K&N Filters has grown to become a world-leading manufacturer of filtration components and products.
WSR’s BTCC championship-winning BMW 3 Series race cars currently use air filters and housings, air filter oil and associated filtration system cleaning products manufactured by K&N Filters.
This current partnership extends a long-running collaboration between WSR and K&N Filters that commenced in 2014 as the team from Sunbury-on-Thames won the BTCC’s overall and Independent Drivers’ and Teams’ titles with the BMW 125i M Sport.
In that time WSR BMWs have won 86 races, scored 241 podium finishes and won 17 of the team’s 18 BTCC crowns.
The WSR race car of Daryl DeLeon, the LKQ Euro Car Parts Racing with WSR BMWs of Aiden Moffat and Charles Rainford and the Laser Tools Racing with MB Motorsport 3 Series of Jake Hill will use components produced by K&N Filters throughout the 2025 BTCC season.
The company’s branding will appear on the two LKQ Euro Car Parts Racing with WSR BMWs and DeLeon’s car.
The BTCC continues after its summer break at Croft on August 2-3 and features a 10-round season at the UK’s best racetracks. Every race is shown live and uninterrupted on ITV channels in high definition.
