Delivery
We currently ship to the United Kingdom only.
Free UK Delivery
We offer free shipping on all UK orders over £100.
Standard UK Delivery
For orders under £100, delivery is charged at a flat rate of £4.99.
All orders are sent via Royal Mail 48, which includes up to £20 compensation cover.
- Orders are typically dispatched within 48 hours
- Please allow 4–5 working days for delivery
Lost Parcels
If your order is lost in transit, we’ll work with Royal Mail to investigate the issue.
If there is no proof of delivery, we will arrange a replacement item to be sent out.
International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping through our website.
If you’re located outside the UK and would like to place an order, please contact us and we’ll see if we can help.
Next-Day Delivery
At this time, we do not offer next-day delivery.
All orders are shipped using Royal Mail 48 service as standard.
Returns
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you need to return an item, we’re here to help make the process as simple as possible.
Return Postage
Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return postage when sending items back to us.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and approved, you will receive a full refund, including any original delivery charges paid at the time of purchase.
Processing Time
All returns are processed within 10 working days from the date the returned goods arrive back with WSR.
